CitiDirect® offers a mobile application that provides a comprehensive set of features for payment review, authorization, initiation, and release. With a streamlined login process and the availability of Biometrics Authentication in approved markets, CitiDirect® allows users to save time when accessing their accounts.

In order to use the CitiDirect® mobile application, clients must be specifically entitled for access. Users should contact their organization's Security Administrator to obtain access prior to downloading the application. Failure to complete this step will result in denied access upon log-in.

The application can be downloaded free of charge. However, please be aware that standard messaging and data rates from your wireless provider may apply.

The CitiDirect® mobile application is available in multiple languages, including Bulgarian, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Czech, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Korean, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovakian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
